Consumer rights and withdrawal

This page is the pre-contract information required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Digital Content Directive and, in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

What you are buying

A monthly or annual subscription to digital content and services: AI conversation, memory storage, personality controls and (on paid plans) tasks, reminders and notes. It needs an internet connection and a modern browser. Feature limits per plan are on the pricing page and enforced on our servers.

Price and taxes

Erissa Bond is £5.00 per month or £50.00 per year. Erissa Core is £20.00 per month or £200.00 per year. Prices include VAT where it applies; the final amount, tax and renewal date are shown before you confirm. No hidden fees, no charges for cancelling.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed — if you do not consent, supply begins after the 14 days. Where you withdraw during the period after partial use, we refund the price minus the proportion already supplied. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Cancelling a renewal

Settings → Billing → Manage billing cancels in two clicks. We email a reminder before annual renewals, and cancellation never deletes your memories.

If something is faulty

Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a price reduction or refund — these statutory remedies are free and sit alongside anything in our terms.

Disputes

Email support@erissa.ai first. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and you can always go to the courts of your country of residence.
